We’re a Mobile-based mold remediation company. We work across Mobile County and Baldwin County, addressing the full range of mold issues that this climate produces — black mold, attic mold, crawlspace mold, post-water-damage mold, post-hurricane mold blooms, HVAC-related mold, and the persistent low-grade household mold that Mobile’s humidity drives in nearly every home.
We started Azalea City Mold Solutions because Mobile didn’t have a mold-focused company with deep local expertise. There were national franchises that did mold as part of broader water-damage work, and there were general handymen who’d take on a small mold job, but there wasn’t a Mobile company that focused specifically on mold remediation, understood the Gulf Coast climate, knew the antebellum housing in the Oakleigh and Old Dauphin Way districts, and could scope a job honestly. We built one.
Our Approach
IICRC S520 standards on every job. Our crews are IICRC-certified for mold remediation. We follow industry-standard protocols — proper containment, HEPA filtration, source remediation, post-remediation verification — on every project, whether it’s a small bathroom remediation or a whole-house post-hurricane scope.
Honest scoping. We provide written scopes that distinguish essential remediation from optional improvements. A small contained mold issue doesn’t require whole-house treatment, and we’ll tell you that even though a larger scope would mean more revenue.
Source remediation first. We don’t remediate without addressing the underlying moisture source. A cleaned crawlspace with no vapor barrier and no humidity control will be moldy again within a year. We address the cause, not just the symptom.
Local crews, local knowledge. Our techs live and work in Mobile. They know the difference between Oakleigh’s plaster walls and Lake Forest’s drywall, and they treat each appropriately.
Insurance coordination. Mold coverage in homeowners insurance is variable and often complicated. We help document for coverage when it applies and provide clear self-pay estimates when it doesn’t.
Service Area
